  • Misinformation: Deliberately misleading or false information on sensitive topics
  • Spam & Deceptive Practices: Scams, fraudulent content, or spam
Content Safety Filters

Our service uses automated content safety systems that may:

  • Block videos with flagged audio content
  • Prevent processing of sensitive topics
  • Reject content that violates platform policies
  • Apply stricter filtering to potentially problematic content

Why Was My Video Blocked?

If your translation request was rejected with a content policy error, it may be because:

  • Automated Detection: Our safety systems detected potentially problematic content in the video audio
  • Sensitive Topics: The video discusses sensitive subjects that trigger content filters
  • Language Complexity: Certain phrases or context may be misinterpreted by automated systems
  • Third-Party Restrictions: The content may violate policies of the translation providers we use
Note: Content blocking decisions are made by automated safety systems and may occasionally flag content that doesn't actually violate policies. This is done out of an abundance of caution to ensure platform compliance.

What To Do If Your Content Was Blocked

1. Review Your Content

Check if your video contains any of the prohibited content types listed above.

2. Try Alternative Content

If the video contains sensitive topics, consider:

  • Translating different sections of the video separately
  • Using videos without potentially flagged audio
  • Choosing content that's more clearly educational or informational
3. Contact Support

If you believe your content was blocked in error and it complies with all policies:

  • Contact us with the video URL and session ID
  • Explain why you believe the content should be allowed
  • We'll review the request manually when possible

We rely on third-party services for translation processing. These services have their own content policies and safety systems that we must comply with. Content that violates these policies cannot be processed through our service.
